• Students will be able to identify and perform articulations such as staccato and legato on various instruments

Rotating INstrument Skills:
Melodic Instruments and Scales

• Students will be able to play recorders, ukuleles, barred instruments (mallets), and drums with proper performance decorum and audience etiquette

• Students will be able to play and compose with the G and C pentatonic scale on various instruments

• Students will be able to imitate, improvise, and write using iconic/standard notation simple rhythmic/melodic patterns on various instruments
